Internationally acclaimed award-winning Swedish-Polish concert pianist Peter Jablonski joins Atlas Artists, who will represent him in Scandinavia. Anastasia Belina remains his General Manager in London.
Peter Jablonski just returned from a sold-out Japanese concert tour with the Arctic Philharmonic and their artistic director and conductor, Christian Lindberg, where they among other works performed the a-minor Piano Concerto by Edvard Grieg.
“We are thrilled to be working with Peter Jablonski”, says Atlas Artists manager Johannes Nebel. “Peter is such a terrific musician and his deep knowledge of both the classics and the lesser-known areas of the piano repertoire makes him one of the really great and artistically interesting pianists of our time.”
Jablonski commands a huge piano repertoire, has recorded over 30 CDs during his career, including numerous critically acclaimed and award-winning recordings with Decca. He has performed with many major symphony orchestras worldwide and has worked with conductors such as Valery Gergiev, Charles Dutoit, and Vladimir Ashkenazy.
Peter Jablonski is also an accomplished jazz drummer, classical percussionist, and conductor, and is in a rare position of having received recognition from such heavyweights of jazz as Miles Davis, and having performed with such legendary names as Buddy Rich and Thad Jones in the historic jazz club Village Vanguard in New York.
